immune system relief coming soon!

On January 5, 2010 a new "functional food beverage" product will be released to the public to help maintain immune system health. A functional food beverage is a whole food drink that does good things for a body. This new product contains 19 fruits, most wild-harvested and organic, blended into a convenient drink. Added to this new blend will be vitamins and minerals, especially zinc, aimed at boosting immune systems. One of the fruits is the "superfood" maqui berry grown in South America. A superfood is one which has a significant amount of anti-oxidants and nutrients, more than other foods. The maqui berry is considered one of the best superfoods ever discovered and researched. The release of this new product comes right in the dead of winter, the flu and cold season. It will be a welcome and healthy addition to the functional food beverage category of whole foods.
