It's easy to ghostbust a room or house that you feel is haunted. Just contact the resident ghost by getting the idea of where they are; just assume it's true.
Next, just ask what they want and be open to an answer which may arrive only as a thought or a notion or a concept that you "hear" in your head. If you can do something to help them with their problem or need, do it. It may be as little as just acknowledging that you received their communication, even though it was only a thought. It may be more extensive, like going to a loved one of the deceased and telling them the message you were given. Then you can tell them they can go to the nearest hospital and pick up a new baby body and get started on a new lifetime! After all, we are all "ghosts" and we all live many lifetimes! Proof of this truth is that if you look at your past you can glimpse pieces of it...and not always from this lifetime alone. The French call this, "Deja Vu." Another proof is just that you can communicate telepathically with ghosts and other beings anytime you want - like when you say, "hello" or, "I love you" to someone since they are not really their bodies; if you were just a body, brain or mind you couldn't do that - ask any dead corpse to try and answer you.
